At RimeHill3D, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Custom Orders: Due to the personalized nature of custom 3D-printed items, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • Non-Custom Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-customized products in their original, unused condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at rimehill3d@gmail.com.
  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/defect.
  3. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at rimehill3d@gmail.com with your order details.
  2. Ship the item back using the address provided in our response.
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Exceptions

  • Sale items, gift cards, and custom products are non-returnable.
  • Items not in their original condition or returned after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
